OMG!!! Fantastic :-)
About time there was a bus connecting Liphook and Haslemere, i'm so happy :-)

Looking at the time there is no service on a Saturday.
The stop at the station has been removed with only Sainsburys listed as the closest stop
The first bus to Haslemere isn't until 10.52 with the first bus in Liphook going towards Bordon 10.38, so not much use if you want to use it to go to work.

The route implies the bus (quite often an empty double decker) will come from Hammer under the railway bridge on Haslemere Road and have to turn left into Midhurst Road to reach the Sainsburys bus stop. It then does a U Turn at the Sainsburys roundabout to head back out of the village along Headley Road. Glad I'm not the bus driver as there's very little turning space into Midhurst Road, especially if it's school time?

Looks like a reduction in service to me so no wonder we all use our cars.

A real case of pluses and minuses

On the plus side - service from Liphook to Haslemere
On the minus side - service from Liphook to Whitehill/Bordon reduced to one every two hours and no longer serving Liphook railway station

D, there has never been a Saturday bus service to anywhere.
Not everyone has a car and this new bus route is is a godsend.
I for one am extremely grateful and very happy.

Am I looking at the wrong thing? One bus into Liphook am, and one out pm, timed to get kids to Bohunt and back again?
