Dog barking next to Lucky the horse
- Helen (2nd Jan 2019 - 11:34:58)

Each time we visit Lucky there is a constant dog barking coming from the old white house by Radford Bridge. This poor dog or dogs seem to be always stuck outside barking. Who should we report this too? Is there still a dog warden?

Helen and Joyce.
You both seemed to have been commenting on this for 6 months and, I believe, you have been given two lots of advice.

1: Speak to the residents of the house where the dogs are barking and see what you can find out.
2: Report it directly to EHDC Environmental Services and let them deal with it (just go to easthants.gov.uk and search for noise nuisance)

Have either if you actually done either of these things?

Perhaps the dog /dogs are protecting there property when people are walking past to see lucky the house. I know mine bark when people walk past my garden.
Just a thought.

The white house by the River Wey bridge let their dogs out each morning between 8 and 10am. We can all hear them continuously bark. They also do this during the day/ evening as well, Very selfish inconsiderate people. No thought for the other neighbours. They have been reported I think but still it goes on. Nothing can be done apparently as barking is intermittent.

Was working at home today and the dog or dogs were barking quite a bit today. Sounds like they are kept outside and bark on and off. Has anyone already reported it to EHDC?
