Hardwood Planks wanted - local resident (10th Dec 2018 - 10:48:24) hello folks I want to source some planks of solid hardwood - oak or beech would be perfect - for a little project I am working on. I just wondered if any there was anyone out there in Talkback land who could help? I will do the cutting myself. happy for cash to change hands. The planks need to be in pretty good condition. For sure - the guys at White Joinery could knock something up for me, but TBH I am trying to do this on the cheap. :)

And thanks for the intel supplied. I was hoping more that there might be someone in liphook who - I don't know - had an old oak table top that they don't want, or similar. something like that. Something - in hardwood - that I can cut up. Cheers

Either that or they will be chipped up for biomass fuel after Xmas, give me a bell and we can drop a few off one evening they are fairly big and and have been in the rain for a bit but should be useful. 07920057009
