Landrover Defender stolen Saturday night
- Anna@Griggs Green (8th Jul 2018 @ 17:26:22)

Our beloved Landrover Defender was stolen from outside our house during the night of 7th July. It is yellow, has writing all over it, is covered in South American stickers and has a roof top tent on the roof rack. If anyone has seen it, or heard anything last night please can you let me know? Many thanks.

I see on Facebook, Landy Watch group that you have found your Land Rover on Frensham Common, albeit damaged. Great news but ...

Very sorry to hear that these selfish b'stards chose to take and damage something that does not belong to them. I hope they get their comeuppance!

As a general warning to all, there are many Series and Defender Land Rovers being stolen at present and I hear that the Police are stopping any that they come across as a precaution.

Please help to keep an eye out for anything suspicious (i.e Land Rovers on trailers, etc) and call 101. Better to report it than not.

Also join the Landy Watch group on Facebook

Just a thought. The cashpoint at Tesco’s in Farnham was taken just after Dave the Landie was. Perhaps the roof was cut off so they could load a cash point.
