Went for a drink there on Thursday evening - lovely and sunny and in the past you would have struggled to get a seat on the terrace but it was virtually empty. I don't find the prices any worse than anywhere else on balance and the staff were very friendly. What we didn't like was the quite loud 'background' music everywhere - you couldn't even escape from it, even outside, and I wondered if this is what is putting people off.

We waited an hour for starters despite asking why it was taking so long, twice. The mains arrived before we had finished the starters. Before anyone starts, we made it clear we were not happy but the staff were just not interested. We emailed them 5 weeks ago and haven't even received a reply. May be the dreadful service and attitude is what's putting people off!
