Exercise Classes - Sharon (4th Oct 2010 - 20:32:25) Hi, it's time I started to do more exercise, but as I really don't like it, I need a fun exercise class to go to! Zumba looks good, but the nearest one I have seen is at the Spectrum in Guildford. Does anyone know of a closer one (or something similar)? Thanks Sharon

Re: Exercise Classes - Debbie (5th Oct 2010 - 11:17:00) Hi there, My daughter does a dance class with Planet Dance and Fitness Academy and she came home with a leaflet last week saying that they are starting a new adult zumba class on Thursday 4th November at the Millenium Hall. The classes will be between 8.15pm and 9.00pm and will be £4.00 per session. I hope this helps!! I have also heard of one in Linford on Tuesday evenings - don't know any details, but it looks like there are plenty to choose from! I found these on facebook !!!NEW CLASS!!!! Re: Exercise Classes - Kat (6th Oct 2010 - 21:32:37) www.liphookacademyofdance.co.uk has an adult class on a Monday night. Usually 1/2 hour aerobics and 1/2 hour of a dance routine. They call themselves the Red Hot Mamas. It's good fun.

Re: Exercise Classes - Natalie Clinkard (7th Sep 2016 - 13:20:39) We run a Zumba Toning class every Friday at LIPHOOK JUNIOR SCHOOL from 7pm...is suitable for all ages and abilities with no experience required and from an amazing £3.00 per person!!!

However if your looking for a fun type of exercise I offer circuits on Wednesday evenings at 6.30-7.30pm on the millenium green in liphook and on Saturday mornings HIIT classes 9-10am and these are for all abilities and to have fun whilst exercising
