Part-time Stock Assistant required in Liphook. - Sam (20th May 2015 - 10:57:50) Lumi are looking for a part-time person to join their team in Liphook, please use the link below for more details... https://Lumitechnologies.bamboohr.com/jobs/view.php?id=9 As the stock assistant in the GBS team at Lumi, you will be responsible for all hardware related stock items. The role requires a diligent person to work alongside the Technician. Full training will be given but a good knowledge of general stock duties and computer literacy would be an advantage. Attention to detail and great organisation skills are required, with the ability to manage and maintain stock levels, including raising purchase orders for the replenishment of consumable items. Other duties will include; Taking responsibility for deliveries, receipt of parts and service repairs Unpacking items, inspecting goods and entering them onto the internal system The generation of paperwork for shipments, logging serial numbers and booking couriers Receiving and processing intercompany sales orders Responsible for checking stock levels regularly and preparation for 6 monthly audits Training will be provided so assistance can be given to the GBS Technician with repairs, charging equipment, changing batteries and deploying firmware. Driving licence essential.
