Postnatal exercise classes

NCT Relax and Stretch with Baby is a postnatal exercise class for both mum and baby: yoga based stretches for mum, gentle yoga for baby, relaxation, and songs and games for baby too!
This class has been full for the last two terms, but with mums now returning to work, it unusually has a few spaces. Babies can come from postnatal check to walking age.
