One-off house clean

My parents have just sold their house and they complete on 31st March and we are looking for someone who would come and give it a final big clean, so it's nice to hand over.
It's a 3 bed semi, not large, more cottage-like and it will, of course, be empty.
It's probably a full day's work for someone.
