We are so lucky to have such a friendly and helpful printers in Liphook. Oliver is always happy to help even if he's rushed off his feet. Thank you Oliver for solving my printing problem with a leaflet I'd made.

We have used Blackwell Press for a very long time both for our business and personal needs. We have always found them most helpful and courteous as well as reasonable. That is why we keep going back. The gentleman who runs it is very much part of the precious ever decreasing core of Liphook\\\'s businessmen, together with the local cobbler, the Patels at the newsagents, who have been with us for many years and whom we must cherish.

I have read both the of the articles on this subject and would like to say that I have used Blackwell over the past 10 yrs. I tend to use them occasionally and usually in an emergency. I fully understand the support shown for local businesses but being a local business owner myself I have to say that the shop and staff (including the owner) are very disorganised or maybe too busy to give the advice/help required. On the occasions I have used them I have left with a feeling that I have not only paid too much but that I have also been a burden on them.

I think that the new post redresses the balance and correctly it would seem as most people seem positive! I have also found Blackwell Press nothing but helpful.

If you go looking for it using the search facility you will find it.
However this thread was started by someone who had a good experience,, the other by someone who had a bad experience, what's the problem?

The original, negative post is no less important than the following positive post. In a world where positives & negatives collide do you really expect no reaction?

These type of posts should be stopped as they are not about big organisations but directed at individuals. As with the post office threads and other similar threads I think they are very hurtful to the people concerned and it's like a form of "trial by media". I have read many interesting threads which is what I would have thought Talkback was best for, not this trivial nonsense. If you don't like a service don't use it again. Simple.
