Tannoy announcements 8/3

Hiya
Every 10 minutes or so, there is what appears to be tannoy/loudspeaker announcements which I can hear from my house in The Maltings. Just curious if anybody knows what they are/what they're about as I can't quite make out the words!

I was visiting a friend in Mannor Fields after church today, and we too could hear a loud tannoy blaring out every so often.
It would be interesting to find out what it was.

The tannoy announcements were from the recreation ground where Liphook Scout Group were hosting the annual District Cub football competition. I am pleased to say that one of the Liphook packs won and will be representing the District in the County competition later in the month.

Today Wheatsheaf Cub pack from Liphook Scouts took part in the County competition and finished runners up. Congratulations to all the players for an excellent performance.
