Fitting a new chimney cowl

Can anyone recommend someone with a nice long ladder to replace an old chimney cowl? It's very high on the side of a 2 storey house.

Hi,
Brush Strokes are highly recommended.
They only popped round to clean our chimney and ended up swapping around three cowls and installing a new one.
Nothing was too much trouble and they just got on with it. I was surprised at how little they charged.
Certainly worth every penny.
