Planning Committee

This month’s Bramshott & Liphook Parish Council Planning Committee meeting will take place at 8pm on Monday 21 July. The meeting will be at the Parish Office, Haskell Centre, top of Midhurst Road. The meeting is open to the public and there will plenty of opportunities to raise concerns and questions during the meeting.

There are fewer and less detailed applications being considered this month, apart from two outline planning applications which have been submitted by Strathmoor Developments Limited, for 12 and 19 dwellings (after demolition of two dwellings) at 94,96 and land to the rear of 98-102 Longmoor Road.

New signage at the Royal Anchor public house is also being considered (remembering that the Royal Anchor is a listed building in a designated conservation area).

There will also be new about the East Hampshire District Local Plan Second Review. The inquiry reconvenes on September 9 and the first edition of the programme is available to view at the Parish Office.
