Local survey
- Bookworm (13th Mar 2024 - 20:19:24)

I am starting to research into the book-buying and reading habits of the local community - where they buy their books, what they like to read, how much is spent on printed literature, etc.
This is a link to a survey, which I'm hoping as many of you as possible may be interested to complete:

It should only take a couple of moments. I'd like to get a really broad view, so if you could spread the word, I'd be very grateful.

Thank you in advance!

Why are you doing a survey ? Are you thinking of opening a bookshop in Liphook?

Hi Joe.
Just information-gathering at this stage. I’d love to help make reading front-and-centre, to make it fun and part of everyday life, and maybe reach out to reluctant readers. So I’d love people’s views on if they read, what they read, how often they read and what they read, to see if there is a need or appetite within the community for anything book-related.
No firm plans as yet, and many many different ways this could go (including nowhere), but thought i’d reach out and see.
Thanks for asking 🙂

Such a great survey. Followed the link, 5 minutes of time, done. Good luck with this wherever it leads.

Done. Hopefully you will get positive results and maybe, fingers crossed, a new and welcome book shop will arrive. Just a quick point, the question of where do you buy books maybe the option to add more than one response would help......just a thought. Good Luck.

Thank you! Absolutely right about the options for where you buy your books - now amended.
Please keep them coming!
