No TV Signal - Anne (21st Mar 2018 - 09:00:50) This morning both our TV's with inbuilt Freeview AND our Sky box had no signal. We checked the cabling to make sure the cats hadn't got behind the TV's and dislodged anything but all seems ok there. Is anyone else having issues or is it just our household?

Re: No TV Signal - Helen (21st Mar 2018 - 09:12:46) Morning, I had to retune our tv this morning (I do remember a message flashing up on screen a few days ago saying I would have to do this as they were updating the signals?) anyway this worked fo rme so hope it does for you too.

Re: No TV Signal - Mr Paddy's Daddy (21st Mar 2018 - 09:14:34) You need to do a total re-tune as if for first time use, the Midhurst transmitter changed frequencies to-day, assuming that this is your terrestrial station.

Re: No TV Signal - Dawn Hoskins (22nd Mar 2018 - 21:50:30) Our TV had messages on it everytime we turn it on for about a week - saying that we will need to retune. Just go into the settings option on your TV and retune it - you may need to do it twice apparently. The whole area was recalibrated, so it isn't your TV set playing up.

Re: No TV Signal - Sharon (3rd Apr 2018 - 21:35:26) I re-tuned at the time, and everything seemed ok at first, but reception has been poor ever since. We lose many channels in the evening - which seems odd. I thought at first that it was the tuner in the TV, because when we lost the channel on the tv, I could still pick it up through the old DVD player/reorder. But even that is now saying 'bad signal'. I've tried re-tuning twice now, but it's always the same. Is anyone else affected similarly?

Re: No TV Signal - Sarah (4th Apr 2018 - 09:52:30) Yes we are too on our tv which doesn’t get Sky. We have to retune it daily since last week. Some days we get 70 channels, others 25 and not all of those work.
