Midhurst Road Car Park - earmarked for houses!? - Surprised (18th Feb 2018 - 00:19:16)
Are the council really planning to build more houses where the car park/council office/solicitors are on Midhurst Road?!?
It’s hard enough to park in the village at the best of times but this will compound the issue even more.
I’d love to know the rationale behind this...... anyone?

There is planning application for a change of use, which will prevent it from being sold and/or developed.

Further details regarding Index House (Peak Centre) Ajax House Bleach's Yard and Former OSU site are all listed areas on the EHDC signs around Liphook. Perhaps if you read the following link
it may help to understand why these details have been placed around the area. If you click onto the link it also shows a list of the areas which are mentioned and plans can be seen when clicking onto the Liphook ones. There are several other areas listed which can be seen. This will only come into force if the Council confirm by March 2019.
So if still in doubt check on the posters around the area.

Thank you Maureen for sharing the link. Well worth reading. Just wonder why when I thought I was signed up for every possible notification from East Hants planning department this important document was not sent out or notified - or did I miss the notification?
