Laptop Security

Hi,
I'm looking for a reliable security package for my laptop, i have been told that Total AV is quite good, but I have not heard of this one, so, I would be grateful for help in this matter.

I like Kaspersky, but they need to resolve the ongoing issues where they are being accused of collaboration with the Russian Government.
Barclays used to have a tie up with them, and they ceased the arrangement.

We always go with AVG. I've had my laptop 6 years and have never had any problems with security. You can pay for upgrades if you want to but I downloaded the free version
