unable to access gmail

Help - although I I switiched to g- mail - EE in their wisdom decided not to support my e mail service any ,more can now NOT access GOOGLE website to get to my e-mails its telling me I haven't got a security certificate - Google don't seem to have a support telephone number for g - mail - The only way I can contact them is by g-mail - WHICH I CAN'T get ACCESS too - anyone else having this problem or know the solution - Google phone support tell me I have to take it to a technian - siunds expensive - I only use my home computer for e- mails - does any one know if downloading a new browser may help - I am not very technical I'm afraid!! Suggestions welcome Can't access google website at all !

please check the time and date on your laptop / computer as sometimes security certificates are refused if details are incorrect. Good luck. Am happy to talk if you email your details suzanne@disking.co.uk.

Try from a different device, or different provider, say using a friend or colleagues device, just to get an idea which is the problem, your email account, your device, your settings or your provider. Maybe worth a try.

OK, good luck with it. Just another thought, if you do log into your email on someone else's computer, make sure you log fully out as otherwise they could potentially access your emails for ever. Not saying they would, just could!
