Tai chi classes - Glen Robertson (7th Jan 2018 - 18:58:56) Tai chi classes starting in Liphook with Fusion Health and Fitness. Monday’s 6:30 pm Tuesdays 11:30 am Thursdays 7:00 pm All classes last 1 hour and are held in the liphook Methodist church. They cost £8 each and are pay as you go. No booking necessary just turn up. Classes are friendly and informal, suitable for all ages and levels of ability. No prior experience necessary. Contact glen if you would like to discuss or for more information. 07951 888565.

Tai chi classes - Glen Robertson (21st Jan 2018 - 16:51:45) Hi Unfortunately there is no Tai Chi class this Monday 22nd Jan. All other classes for the rest of the week are on as planned and Monday Tai Chi will start again on 29th Jan at 6.30pm. Glen

Re: Tai chi classes - CG (23rd Jan 2018 - 19:57:15) A couple of friends and I attended a class this morning and really enjoyed it. I would encourage anyone thinking about it to give it it a go. Very friendly, small groups and suitable for all ages and abilities.

Re: Tai chi classes - Glen Robertson (1st Feb 2018 - 13:50:15) Hi The Tai Chi classes are for beginners and consist of tai chi as well as Qi Gong exercises for health. The forms taught at the moment are the 8 form, expanding to the 11 form and onwards when familiarity is gained. During the class a strong emphasis is also given to silk reeling and walking exercises.
