A couple of friends and I attended a class this morning and really enjoyed it. I would encourage anyone thinking about it to give it it a go. Very friendly, small groups and suitable for all ages and abilities.

What form, 23, 25. 35 etc do you teach?

Re: Tai chi classes
- Glen Robertson (1st Feb 2018 - 13:50:15)

Hi
The Tai Chi classes are for beginners and consist of tai chi as well as Qi Gong exercises for health.

The forms taught at the moment are the 8 form, expanding to the 11 form and onwards when familiarity is gained.

During the class a strong emphasis is also given to silk reeling and walking exercises.

I hope this answers your questions.

If you would like to discuss further please call me 07951 888565.

Glen
