Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Marg (21st Nov 2017 - 19:17:42)

Does anyone know what happened to the glass sliding door at Sainsbury’s ?
More vandalism?

- John (21st Nov 2017 - 23:02:26)

Skatepark was either too wet to use or hasn’t yet been replaced by million dollar new all gold skatepark probably.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Kathy (22nd Nov 2017 - 11:09:22)

I was told that a group of youngster used shopping trellises to cause damage.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Chloe (23rd Nov 2017 - 23:43:01)

I’ve just been told about this and shown the picture of me and my mates we didn’t damage Sainsbury’s must of been afterwards we did borrow a trolly that night but a couple of friends returned it but the group of youngsters ie me and my mates didn’t have anything to do with it

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Sam (24th Nov 2017 - 00:37:39)

Don’t worry about it, your welcome back around the skatepark as we miss the foul language around here

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Chloe (24th Nov 2017 - 17:43:40)

I don’t live in Liphook I was there that night visiting friends and it annoys me that just cause we are young and in cctv that we must of been the ones to damage Sainsbury’s but it goes to show how judgemental people are of the youth today you ask us for respect but when something’s been damaged the finger is pointed at youngsters no wonder the older generation does get respect anymore

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- S (24th Nov 2017 - 22:44:39)

No one is judging you or young people but you need to accept that when the damage is suspected to have been caused by a trolley, when the CCTV shows you in the area and you admit publicly that you “borrowed” a trolley, which you also admit you didnt return (theft) and then go onto to say someone you call a friend yet don’t identify did return it. Then your not being judged, your being rightly suspected.
Good on you for speaking up but it’s coming across as a bit suspicious.
Perhaps your unidentifed friend launched the trolly back from a distance and it’s rolled into causing the damage??
If all of this rings true then you were involved, you know the identity of the person whom did it and you shouldn’t be crying foul on here about people judging you as your an accomplice to it.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- A (25th Nov 2017 - 09:26:51)

I heard a lot of banging and crashing (breaking glass) very late Friday night I’d say about midnight maybe just before. I thought it was a car crash in all honesty, looked out of my window saw nothing, so I think that may have been what I heard!

I'm sure they will have that individual or individuals on camera! Nothing to worry about if innocent.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Chloe (25th Nov 2017 - 15:34:06)

We did return (not me personally) as the police also spoke to us to ensure our friend who was collapsed in the trolly was okay also if you look at the time on cctv it would come back as before 10pm and just cause we took the trolly and a friend returned it doesn’t make me accomplice as if the people who did return the trolly had anything to do with damage I’m unaware of this which doesn’t make me an accomplice and as I’m currently studying law I’d like to think the people I do associate with wouldn’t vandalise anything

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- ? (25th Nov 2017 - 22:28:42)

I don't understand why if you say your studying law you don't get to grip with taking trolley without permission is an offence and surely if your as innocent you have no need to defend yourself so vigorously Big lesson here for you if it looked wrong then walk away this is your future at stake

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- . (26th Nov 2017 - 00:16:52)

Exuse me. Police were fine with borrowing the trolley as someone had collapsed and couldn't get up. Just because you walk through Sainsbury's car park you get the blame. It's ridiculous. Stop blaming people with no evidence. There's no evidence just cctv of people WALKING THROUGH THE CAR PARK AND DOWN THE RAMP. Find the actual vandals rather than jumping to conclusions. Check the cctv of the sliding door maybe ? Find the ACTUAL CULPRIT because it will be someone different. No words. Society is messed up. You will all be proven wrong then feel bad for judging. 100% certain on that.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Ian (26th Nov 2017 - 14:24:40)

Chloe- as you are so educated you will understand what this means “The lady doth protest too much, me thinks”

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Ian (26th Nov 2017 - 15:38:28)

Am not even sure who on this forum has actually blamed anyone so give it a rest, if you were in the area and the police considered you worthy of speaking to and you have not been convicted then shut your mouth and stop yapping on here about how society is messed up and how you no longer respect the older generation etc. You were a suspect, thats it, nothing more.

Get over yourself for god sake! If I was in the area of the scene of a crime and the police or anyone else for that matter wanted to talk to me about it I wouldnt be spending the following week yapping about it on this forum like your the victum of some terrible injustise like some big victim. The real victim is Sainsburys not you and if you didnt have anything to do with it then fine, enough sobbing about it.

Chloe - I think you would be better off studying for an English Language qualification before you move to Law in order for examiners to be able to understand your written word answers.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- ? (26th Nov 2017 - 17:17:49)

The photo in paper taken by camera shows only people laughing even guy in trolley # just saying ?????

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- S (26th Nov 2017 - 18:42:41)

Dear lord Chloe is studying law.... yet cannot string a coherent sentence together.... sounded like Vicky character from Little Britain "yeah, but, not, but, was my friend wot done it"

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- . (26th Nov 2017 - 18:54:40)

Honestly, clearing your name for something you didn't do isn't a crime gheeze! Maybe if people didn't point the finger in the first place innocent people may not have to defend themselves ! Everyone has a right to defend theirselves if they are being slagged off, leave them alone for goodness sake. You don't know what they have going on in their lives. Stop being horrible because you have nobody else to blame. Maybe it was you that done the damage? And making it seem as if it were others to get the blame off you?

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Ian (26th Nov 2017 - 21:07:25)

Yeah but everything you say has massive holes in it! Personally I believe you didn't do it but everything else your saying isn't helping and if am honest a career in law isn't for you. It wouldn't surprise me if you knew who did it as your all a bit Yer but, No But like that girl of little Britain.

Its clear the "collapsed mate" is just Yer but, No But bulls*** and its looking like you think the rest of the world is 100% against you and your happy to make up whatever you want to make it legit, oh I "borrowed" the trolley, oh my mate was only in the trolley as he "collapsed", oh I study Law or somemat/sumthing.

Take the earlier advise and go weep somewhere else, your not in Jail, you don't need to pay for the windows so stop shining the light on yourself as it will be forgotten next week, and finally as you said you not even from Liphook so why are you so bothered?

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- . (27th Nov 2017 - 11:44:49)

I'm not Chloe, I'm someone else who is older and furious with the judgement that's being made. Your judging then contradicting yourself. You commented in the first place putting the blame out there. Expect people to fight back when your slagging them off to everyone.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Georgie (27th Nov 2017 - 17:40:08)

Oh do calm down everybody. What's done is done. It didn't happen to any of you - it happened to Sainsburys. Unlike all of you miserable whingebags, they are making the best of it with a fab display of festive flowers. Let's move on and enjoy life eh?

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Ann (27th Nov 2017 - 18:54:38)

Well said Georgie.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Georgie (28th Nov 2017 - 11:44:35)

we all love sainsburys, it is now broken like my heart, our beloved sainsburys has been vandalised and i dont know how my life can go on...someone comfort me!!??

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Suzi (28th Nov 2017 - 13:58:37)

Georgie,

fyi; we don't all love Sainsburys.....!!, speak for yourself.

M & S,Waitrose,Asda or Morrisons are all badly needed to give more choice.........

we just get the same old, same old with J.S......

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Georgie (28th Nov 2017 - 18:35:25)

Just like to point out that Georgie 2 is not the same person as Georgie 1. Georgie 1 gets very bored of shopping at Sainsburys, but is fortunate enough to have a car to spread her shopping to Tescos as well. What Georgie 1 is most bored of though is the pathetic negative posts on this site. What is the matter with the good folk of Liphook? Why are you all so nasty to each other? I thought it was a happy place to live, but clearly I must be living in my own contented bubble. I feel so sad for you all to be so angry with each other about so many subjects. It is our differences that makes the world an interesting place. Just because you don't agree with someone's point of view, it really isn't compulsory to slag them off! Unbelievable.

Ah well. Lucky me I guess.

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- liz (30th Nov 2017 - 10:10:57)

Georgie

It's a bit difficult to be sure who's who but if you are the Georgie who called everyone "miserable whingebags", then perhaps you can be just as nasty as others!

If Chloe “studying law” writes a whole garbled post without punctuation, spells ‘trolley’ constantly as ‘trolly’ and ‘must of’ instead of ‘must have’ what sort of standard of education do the other students have, the ones not of a standard to study for a profession?

Re: Broken glass at Sainsbury’s ?
- Frank (1st Jun 2018 - 21:15:04)

The Sainsburys window gang are on the rampage this evening, last seen in the rec with bottles of vodka at 20:45 hopefully they have their Legal representative Law expert on hand to assist them out of any bother this evening. Is she the one with the pink hair?

LOL
just wasted half an hour reading through this old post. How funny!
I'm a lawyer with purple hair BTW!

Dawn, Have you come across the poem "Warning" by Jenny Joseph? Your pink hair comment made me look it up again!
