iTunes Library transfer software - Jay W (20th Apr 2017 - 19:51:53) Need to transfer my iTunes library from phone to a new PC (can't retrieve from old PC). Has anyone successfully used any of the free to download software to do this? If so, which have you used please? Don't really want to have to convert all my CDs etc again if can be avoided. Thanks in advance.

Re: iTunes Library transfer software - Jay W (22nd Apr 2017 - 08:51:27) As far as I know that method only works if you can access iTunes on your old computer (which we can't). We can only access on our respective phones/iPods and you can't save directly from there onto external drive without additional software - unless anyone knows otherwise .....
