Chair Yoga Exercise with Vera - Vera (7th Apr 2017 - 21:14:27) Exercises / Chair Yoga Sessions There will be no sessions for the next two weeks. Classes will resume on 26 April with a new Wednesday session. These sessions are for anyone who would like to start exercise classes but struggles to get up from the floor - there is no age restriction on these sessions. Just come and join in and work at your own pace. The programme changes every six week. These exercises are yoga inspired and we use chairs as part of the session, either to sit on or to support any standing poses. They are a good laugh too. Great news: Due to demand an additional session will be available starting on Wednesday 24 April at 11:00 Sessions: Mondays 9:30 - 10:30 Mondays 11:00 - 12:00 Wednesdays 11:00- 12:00 and Fridays 11:00 - 12:00 We meet at Liphook Methodist Church, London Road, GU30 7AN. This week starts with a new Wednesday session at 11:00. Friday sessions are as usual at 11:00. Monday sessions will resume after the bank holidays on 8 May. All are welcome. No previously experience is needed. Sessions are taken at your pace. We have lots of laughter while we 'suffer' together. More information from Vera via vera@frank-schultz.com Hope to see you soon.
