It might make people more likely to use you if they knew who you were :) (Apparently, if a person uses an un-registered company to dispose of their waste, and it ends up being fly tipped, they may face prosecution.) Re: Clearance service - Denise (12th Mar 2017 - 14:30:14) Unfortunately I have not had a good experience with Rob, I contacted him last week to ask if he would help dispose of my sofa, we arranged a day, time and price. The day before, I called to ask if he received my address details and the phone was constantly engaged, very frustrating especially as this is the only number to contact him on. I sent a txt message asking him to confirm that he received my address details and that he was still coming to pick up my sofa, never received confirmation back. The day that he was suppose to pick up my sofa I waited an hour after he said he would be at my house and decided to call and find out if he was still coming, and the phone was engaged once again. After several attempts I managed to get through, a woman answered and said Rob was out, she wasn't very helpful as I asked if she would contact Rob on my behalf as she had his fathers mobile number but it was on another phone that she had to charge! How can you run a business like that. Needless to say Rob never turned up and neither did he even contact me out of courtesy to explain why or apologize . I would not recommend their services, as they are unprofessional and unreliable. If someone knows of a reputable company or reliable person who could help me I would be grateful, please reply to this message. Thanks Denise
