Monday Night Circuits (exercise) - Jack Plumridge (21st Nov 2016 - 13:27:36) Hello All, Announcement! Starting Monday the 28th of November, I will be running a circuit session from 18:00-19:00 at the Liphook Infant Schools main hall. Circuits offer the perfect exercise conditions for improving general health, as well as various aspect of physical fitness. Therefore, if you lack the motivation to exercise alone and would rather exercise in a social, friendly environment, this is definitely for you! Cost is £5 per person for the hour. As long as you're fit and able to participate in moderate-vigorous exercise then you are more than welcome to book with me! Each exercise in the circuit has various options to make it harder/simpler, thus both novice and more advanced exercises can get a workout! Email me for more details and if you wish to book a space.
