Not too late to take part in the Carnival! - Karen Feeney (21st Oct 2016 - 09:18:47) As we head towards our 114th Carnival next weekend I just wanted to remind you that it is not too late to take part! You don't need to have a big lorry (but it would be nice!) just get yourself dressed up, grab something you can push or pull or decorate your car and come and join in the fun! If you have a business it is an excellent way of getting your name in front of several thousand people whilst having fun! Every year we raise several thousand pounds which is donated to local good causes including The Peak Centre Trust, The Scouts, Guides, The Over 60's, The Community Laundry and Voluntary Care Group.
