Yoga Fusion Class - Helen (27th Oct 2015 - 14:01:41) Yoga Fusion combines yoga, pilates and tai chi moves to give you a strong and flexible body. Class starts Thursday 5th November 9.30-10.30am in the Guide Hall at the Millennium Centre in Liphook, and runs weekly thereafter. For more details please contact Helen on 07984 042991.

Re: Yoga Fusion Class - Katy (10th Nov 2015 - 16:54:21) Had a great time at Helen's first class last week. Although suitable for all ages I would say it is ideal for 30-50s age group, men and women. A good mix of stretching, yoga, strength building and balance moves to suitable music. I went to improve my back muscles and for toning. I certainly felt the benefits! If you fancy getting fitter and more toned for Christmas why not give it a try? It would be lovely to see a few more people there so hopefully see you Thursday?

If you fancy toning up for Christmas why not pop gown tomorrow and give it a go? Lovely relaxed class suitable for novices like me.

Re: Yoga Fusion Class - Helen (3rd Dec 2015 - 14:14:28) Hi Janice, I think that the current room is not available for evening hire as the Scouts & Guides use it. I will enquire around the Liphook area as to if there are any other suitable venues to hold an evening class, so watch this space for further info!
