Radford Park - Saturday 10 October - Jeanette Kirby (9th Oct 2015 - 09:33:33) A reminder that we will be having another work party on Saturday morning. Continuing clearance of the banks next to the water meadows in readiness for a blitz on the Himalayan balsam in the spring. We shall be there from about 9.30 am. Stay for as long as you feel able and still have time to visit the the Artisan Market in the LMC. Wear stout shoes and warm clothing. Be prepared to be 'kippered' by the bonfire together with a warm feeling of helping to keep our park beautiful.

Re: Radford Park - Saturday 10 October - robbie (9th Oct 2015 - 22:35:57) I applaud the sentiments of the previous poster, it is not always brickbats which shoukd be hurled at those councillors who help out in the community and volunteer, praise should be given when due to them.

It is going to be a lovely morning. Hope to see some of you there.
