Search for new Bramshott and Liphook councillor
- Beth (1st Oct 2015 - 09:42:51)

Front of the Herald today: Search for councillor, Bramshott and Liphook Parish council has a vacancy for a parish councillor, due to the resignation of Philip Darling.

Statutory notices were posted on September 22nd, notifying the community. If no-one stands then the parish council get to fill this vacancy. After the shambles with the Willows and the Beacon building. We can't let this happen.

Beth,
Thank you for bringing this to our attention. You should put yourself forward as a candidate

yes there are loads of people on here who do nothing but moan about the councillors, Kat is top of that list ! perhaps he or she will come forward and join them.

I would love to but with 3 young children, work commitments etc I just wouldn't have the time to commit.

I think Kat, Shauna, A Ryan would make great councillors. Level headed, straight talking, truthful and most importantly appear to have the communities best interests at heart and not their own. We could do a lot worse. Oh wait we already are, lol!

I would take it on but CROUCHER and his cronies would vote against it, cos I know what's going on!!!!

Crickey, Robin, WHAT is going on that you know about that we all should know about?

Re: Search for new Bramshott and Liphook councillor
- Robin (4th Oct 2015 - 20:37:26)

Well just this for starters CROUCHER and JERRARD!!!! Sent councillor Gavin a threatening letter if he turned up to the 1st meeting to take the position of councilor they would take legal action against him and he would have to pay £100\'s. The letter was a personal letter hand delivered, not on council headed paper, but from JERRARD\'s address signed by the 2 so called councilors.
Than because he turned up to the meeting, they had already salted places for all the other councillors to be on what committee is the millennium centre ect. Councillor Gavin was not offered any position on anything!!!!
CROUCHER, JERRARD then went to Petersfield council to get councilor position overturned, but that did not work.
So next CROUCHER, JERRARD went to the police to say councillor should be charged with fraud because at the time he took the position he was still working for the council but he had already left the job he had on the concil, the police looked into it and with in the hour said there was no case to answer!!!! CROUCHER has tried very hard to make councilor Gavin feel like a spare part so he would leave, they won\'t let him on any committees, and because he wanted the willows nursery school saved, asked him to leave the meeting because of his interest in saving the willows!!!
If you want to see all the paperwork I\'m sure councilor Gavin would be more than happy to show you.
JERRARD and CROUCHER should both go, because when the first letter was sent they had not even been voted on as chairman and vice chairman!!!! Sorry they have acted illegally by doing so!!!!

That's fantastic Kat!!! You should stand too Robin. The councillors don't get to choose unless no-one has put themselves forward.

I don't understand how Jerrard and Croucher can still be in power but I am certain if they haven't been playing by the books. It will all come to light soon.

Well I've seen the other side of him when the willows meeting on, he a builder that was there that was saying the willows nursery school building could be repaired quickly and would be safe for years. As CROUCHER left the building he threatened the builder!!! He was lucky he never got hit, I would have done. The builder did go outside and CROUCHER showed his true colours and run away

I think on this thread before it has been established that the person you are referring to is not a qualified surveyor, and only someone with those qualifications could state categorically the life span of a building.
I have only heard that the repair work already done on the building by Robin Locke was shoddy. The survey report would have reflected a good standard of repair work otherwise surely.

There are a lot of nasty postings on these threads about councillors and staff, people who post in this manner are being very cowardly in not going through the official channels. Posting rumours and innuendos is easy, if you have serious concerns about people surely it is a police matter?

Re: Search for new Bramshott and Liphook councillor
- Beth (7th Oct 2015 - 16:01:36)

Well I for one have voiced my concerns, through the right channel and it's being investigated. I also attended the last meeting about the Willows and had no issue letting the councillors know my views. I think it's safe to say most people on this thread are in the same position.

Don't for one minute think people wouldn't say the things they are writing on here to their faces. You are wrong, they would. In fact at the Willows meeting people were trying to speak and councillor Croucher kept telling people to be quiet. By all accounts it was even worse at the previous meeting and none of the general public got to speak. So is it any wonder people are using talkback to get their views across.

- David jones (7th Oct 2015 - 19:25:47)

The problem with Robin locks work was the council would not spend any money on the building, only small patch jobs. Talk to the people that run the nursery, they will tell you his work was good, the only bad thing is the lack of investment from the Liphook council over the last few years!!! Grant yr up the councils bottom it must be one of you!!!!! Sounds like CROUCHER to me!!!!!
