New Yoga Classes at Millennium Centre - Liphook Millennium Centre (3rd Jul 2015 - 14:17:31) Dear All We are delighted to announce the arrival of two new weekly classes at The Millennium Centre. YogaBelles is a hatha Yoga class designed just for women. It's suitable for all levels of practice, experience or age. In addition, the teacher uses a range of aromatherapy oils to further enhance the focus of practice and enhance your yoga experience. YogaBelles begins on August 12th from 6pm - 7pm. All welcome for free trial session on August 12th. We also have YogaBellies starting on Wednesday August 12th, These classes are gentle and safe for pregnant women whether new to yoga or those with years of experience. These classes are more than just yoga, they train in deep relaxation and preparation for birth and motherhood. YogaBellies will run from 7.30pm - 8.30pm every Wednesday from 12th August. Really good for all levels of fitness or experience. Everything is provided ie mats, so you just need to turn up. There are still places available so if you want to come along you just need to turn up at 6pm this coming Wednesday. You can also email the teacher at: anna@yogabellies.co.uk
