Canadian Memorial Bridge

Have a look at the newly dedicated memorial bridge and information board on the old A3 opposite Radford Park. It's well worth a visit.

yes I believe it was to uncover the ancient aqueduct, and make a feature of the old bridge. We have a group of local unpaid volunteers who live along the London Road, and Adrian Bird of the RWT to thank for restoring this area. It is an asset to the area now.

Well done to the people who put in a lot of hard work and enthusiasm. Uncovering such a wonderful old aqueduct. How proud we should be to have these people living amongst us who just have a plan and just get on with it. What a smashing place to have created. Just love it. WELL DONE.
