Zumba in Liphook
- Tracye Jarrold (19th Mar 2015 - 16:12:57)

Zumba at the Millennium Centre on Tuesdays at 7.30pm and Bohunt School on Thursdays at 6pm have become very popular.

I would just like to Thank everybody for your continued support and hope I bring much enjoyment into your lives. It's the people that make the party and so I can't do it without you. THANK YOU.

All classes are suitable for beginners and no dance experience necessary. So come give it a go.

We look foward to meeting you soon.

I joined the ZUMBA class about a month ago and have thoroughly enjoyed it, it is such FUN. At first I felt like a circus dancing bear, but really, nobody worries about how they perform, it's about exercise by having fun. A mixture of latin, rockn'roll, you name it. The session just flies by. All the people are friendly and it is jolly good value at £4/session, pay as you go. There is a class on somewhere in the area every day of the week, do if you cannot make one, you can always go to another one. Everybody in my class keeps coming back, that speaks for itself!

Hi. Is there a minimum age for the Zumba classes?

Hi Helen. The age limit is 14 and over. If you need to bring your child with you I am quite happy for them to be at the back of the hall as long as they are not getting in the way of others and not being a nuisance. Hope you can join us. Tracye x

I Can highly recommend these classes, there's a varied timetable with different dances and styles, everybody is friendly, newcomers are made very welcome.

There is no pressure you can do it at your pace, its a varied age range in the classes and it's a fun way of burning those calories, also a very good way of socialising with others.

I joined these classes a year ago and I love every second of it.
