Curtains

Having moaned in a previous thread about buying my new curtains just before the new searchlights, sorry, street lights were installed - I wonder how difficult/expensive it would be to have the linings changed for 'blackout' material or if I could hang an inner layer of curtains?

There is a wonderful women called Emma she did all mine, fantastically reasonable and it really helped with the warmth in winter...
